All Westhill pieces are made to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks for us to make your new piece. Delivery times will then vary based on your location.
Deliveries throughout Australia are complimentary, and will be delivered via Australia Post. International orders come with a shipping fee of $30.

If your item was received within the last 14 days, we can offer you an exchange or credit note. Please contact Customer Support to initiate the process. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn and with no marks or damage.
Return shipping and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer and item(s) must be sent by a trackable method. In the case of an item exchange, Westhill will cover the delivery of the replacement item(s). Note that replacement items will need to be made to order so please allow up to 3 weeks.
