Necklace Length Guide
Chain length changes how a necklace sits and reads - a few centimetres makes more difference than you'd expect. Every Westhill chain is made to order in our Sydney workshop, so we've built our Neckwear around four standard lengths that cover the way most people wear a chain, from a close, everyday layer through to something that sits lower on the chest.

| Length | CM | How it sits |
|---|---|---|
| Extra Short | 40cm | Sits high on the neckline. Best suited to a female frame - we wouldn't recommend this length for men. |
| Short | 45cm | Sits around the crew neckline on a female frame. |
| Regular | 50cm | Sits around the crew neckline on an average male frame - our most popular everyday length. |
| Long | 55cm | Sits a little lower, resting on the chest. |
How to choose: Wrap a piece of string or a soft tape measure around your neck at the length you'd like the chain to fall, mark it, then measure it flat against a ruler. Match that number to the closest length above.
Because every piece is made to order, you're not limited to these four - if you have an exact length in mind, just let us know when you order, or email us at hello@westhill-store.com, and we'll make it to measure.
